**Based in Green Fields, in this integral role, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers.**
**You will be responsible for maximising the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs.**
**About the role**:
- Planning, scheduling, and quoting of daily jobs.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, councils, and the sales team.
- Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes.
**About you**:
- Minimum of 3 years glass/trades scheduling experience preferred.
- Ability to liaise and coordinate with customers and trades professionals.
- Professional and clear communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing work priorities
- Simpro or scheduling system experience preferred
