About the Role
* Prepare, review, and issue employment contracts and letters of offer, ensuring correct clauses, delegations, and signatories (in collaboration with ER as needed).
* Triage and monitor HR tickets, routing them to the appropriate owners and maintaining Service Level Agreement responsiveness.
* Quality-assure team outputs; proactively question incomplete or inconsistent information.
* Support employee milestones and recognition (service awards, certificates), coordinating with line leaders.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous process improvement and template development.
About You
You are a detail-oriented HR Administrator/Coordinator who excels in high-volume shared-services environments and takes pride in delivering precise results on the first attempt. You possess hands-on experience preparing contracts and working within HR workflows, approvals, and delegations.
