Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our care team in Goulburn. In this leadership role, you will advise and assist care staff to provide tailored care to residents.
The key responsibilities of this position include ensuring high-quality care delivery, supervising other care employees, building partnerships with residents, and coordinating care plans.
You will also be responsible for providing complex clinical care, entering reports on iCare, and evaluating and maintaining care plans.
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of aged care experience, proficient computer skills, and knowledge of WHS principles. You must also be eligible to work in Australia and hold current certifications such as First Aid and flu vaccination.
