Operations Coordinator Role Summary
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving network optimisation and improvements across water and/or wastewater treatment plants or networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and overseeing operations and maintenance personnel, including contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify log books for accuracy and completeness, ensuring seamless data tracking.
* Coordinate schedules and manage job bookings to achieve optimal efficiency.
* Conduct administrative tasks, such as document preparation, training plan development, and creating informative toolbox talks.
* Maintain organised records and files, facilitating efficient retrieval and analysis.
Requirements:
* Completion of a Water Treatment Operators course or equivalent professional experience.
* Supervisory experience in operations and maintenance, including contractor management.
