Hallett Cove Corner Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly medical receptionist to join our supportive team who are dedicated to providing excellent patient care. We have a casual position available for weekdays and some Saturdays.
The successful applicant must have excellent customer service skills, a high level of computer skills and the ability to work under pressure. Experience with Best Practice software would be highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet patients
* Answer all incoming phone calls
* Scheduling Appointments
* Processing patient details and preparing accounts/payments
* Assisting doctors with administrative tasks
* Ensuring patient flow is smooth and managing the waiting room
* General clerical duties including scanning, faxing and emailing
* Opening and closing the clinic
The enthusiastic candidate we are looking will have:

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Be reliable and honest with a strong work ethic
* Prior medical receptionist experience is desirable but not essential
