About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accessory Fitter to join our workshop team at Wollongong Mazda. In this role, you will be responsible for fitting a range of vehicle accessories, including bull bars, towbars, seat covers, and more, to the highest manufacturer and dealership standards.
You'll work within a supportive environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning, while ensuring every vehicle is treated with the utmost care.

Key Responsibilities
* Fit accessories such as bull bars, towbars, seat covers, and other vehicle components to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
* Maintain a sound knowledge of dealership products and services.
* Accurately complete all required documentation and warranty procedures.
* Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism at all times.
* Keep your work bay and the workshop clean, tidy, and safe.
* Participate in internal and external training programs to stay up to date with technical developments.
* Follow all dealership health, safety, and quality standards.
* Report issues, suggest improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

* Quality: Accessories fitted right the first time – zero repeat work.
* Customer Care: Vehicles handled and returned in immaculate condition.
* Efficiency: Work completed to the highest quality in a timely manner.

About You

* Hold a current driver's licence (essential)
