YOUR ROLE

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 7 years' hands‑on experience in a business services or tax accounting role with a chartered or CPA accounting firm.
* Have solid academics and strong technical knowledge and skills in accounting, tax and SMSFs.
* Can autonomously manage your own portfolio of matters and clients from start to finish.
* Are an outstanding communicator with proven leadership and problem‑solving skills.
* Are proactive, results‑focused and proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems (Bank Link, Xero, CCH, AE and/or MYOB desirable).
* Are ambitious and hungry to find your ideal home where you can lay down your roots long‑term as an owner, partner or director.
* Are currently living on the NSW Central Coast, or are willing to relocate or commute 3–4 days a week to the Central Coast, or work 1–2 days from a nearby office.
