About the Role:
As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and innovation. You will lead, inspire, and develop the team while maintaining cost controls, supplier relationships, and a strong focus on efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a talented kitchen team
* Develop and execute a seasonal, produce-driven menu
* Ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
* Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships
* Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen culture
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-quality dining environment
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Creative approach to menu development
* Ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and kitchen operations
* Commitment to maintaining a high standard of kitchen safety and hygiene
