* Selling new or additional services over the phone, following up on trial results to drive sales conversion.
* Maintaining the appearance and organization of retail premises to create a welcoming environment.
* Handling payments, managing cash float, and banking transactions efficiently.
* Overseeing trial and sales stock, reordering as necessary to meet customer demand.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service setting.
* Delivering outstanding reception services to exceed customer expectations.
