We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in the Cairns region. The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care sales and admissions, with a strong understanding of the aged care system, ACAT assessments, and fee structures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across all three homes, working closely with residents and their families to provide exceptional service excellence. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, and partners
* Providing expert guidance on aged care options and services
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting
In addition to your sales expertise, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, as well as a warm and welcoming approach. A current driver's licence and car are also essential requirements.
