Job Description As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you will have close working relationships with patients, clinicians and other support staff and report to the Practice Manager. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be someone who enjoys working closely within a team and providing upstanding customer care. Other responsibilities include: Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients. Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment. Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience. Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.
