We are looking for an experienced Projects and Change professional to join our team and partner with our business on our Risk Management portfolio of projects. Through partnering with internal stakeholders, you will support the analysis and delivery of projects to support the Macquarie Group strategy.
This role is a hands on delivery role supporting the outcomes of the full lifecycle of projects and business change within our Risk Management portfolio of projects. This includes process analysis, governance and coordination, stakeholder analysis and engagement, change impact analysis and other project delivery and change related activities. A can-do attitude is paramount in this role with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and have confidence in your delivery by getting into the detail. This is a hands on role in which you will be responsible for the creation of a wide range of collateral to support the execution and implementation of projects within the MacCap business
You have excellent written and verbal communications skills, with an intuitive and innovative approach to your work. You are inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions or push boundaries. You will have a proven ability to execute communication and change related deliverables and be able to build relationships with challenging stakeholders. You will have demonstrated experience in a project or change management role, a proven track record of exceptional influencing, the ability to present ideas and insights through storytelling and be resilient in managing challenging stakeholders through ambiguous periods.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- You will form part of the Macquarie Capital Change Management Team supporting a global user-base. You will be a key player in supporting the successful delivery of projects into the Macquarie Capital business.
- You will be responsible for managing project outcomes from across Macquarie Group by connecting appropriate stakeholders, conducting detailed analysis and implementing project management principles for successful delivery of changes
- You will have the ability to conduct project and change activities when needed including analysis, engagement, development of necessary outputs and implementation of project activities to ensure successful implementation
- You will be responsible for leading elements of project execution including business impact analysis, communications strategy and planning, implementing measurement strategies to establish business readiness and developing and executing appropriate adoption activities to maximise adoption
**To be successful, you will need**:
- Demonstrated experience in a mix of Project, Business Analyst and/or Change Management role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work with a mix of technical and business SMEs, tailoring your language and style to their needs
- Strong influencing skills, attention to detail and ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Strong ability to work through periods of ambiguity and understand complex issues to support business understanding and delivery
- Experience in working in financial services and risk management programs, and/or a top tier consultancy firm would be advantageous
- Strong experience in self leadership to produce collateral to support project outputs (i.e analysis and recommendation documentation, communications, briefing documents, PowerPoint, etc.)
