We're seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for owning your section, whether that's grill, breakfast, pastry, or larder. You'll bring creativity, consistency, and leadership to every service, inspiring junior chefs and maintaining high standards.
* Expertise in running your section confidently, especially the grill – knowing temperatures, cuts, and delivering perfection under pressure.
* Leadership by example – mentoring junior chefs and helping them grow.
* Creativity in creating beautiful dishes to spec, on time, and to a high standard.
* Innovative ideas for menus and specials – your creativity is valued.
* Maintaining a spotless, organised, and compliant section with all food safety standards.
* Collaboration within the section during service periods.
About You:
* A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and solid experience as a Demi Chef or CDP.
* Confidence in running your own section and leading a small team.
* Grill proficiency – perfectly cooked steaks and proteins are your speciality.
* Calm under pressure and able to handle a fast-paced kitchen without losing composure.
* A team player and clear communicator – your section runs smoothly because of you.
* Familiarity with food safety inside out and holding a Food Safety cert.
* Reliable transport to get to our stunning location.
