As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to senior leaders, developing workforce plans, and promoting data-driven decision-making.
* You will work closely with people leaders to provide advice on workplace issues, performance management, change initiatives, and employee development.
* You will have a deep understanding of modern awards, enterprise agreements, and industrial relations frameworks, allowing you to simplify complexity and provide clear guidance.
