City Vehicle Services is the RACQ Road Service Contractor, Approved Repairer and Auto Glass Company in the big blue and yellow building on Hugh Street. We have been around since 1988 and employ over 40 staff.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Full Time Administration Assistant to join our team.

THE POSITION:

This position would be suited to a highly motivated team player. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in your daily responsibilities and administration duties. The role will provide administration support to the Auto Glass, Service and Towing Departments.

Due to growth of our business, we are seeking a detail-oriented person with a growth mindset, preferably with experience in a customer service/administration role. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn all functions of an office, ensuring timely and accurate data processing and being dedicated to exceptional customer service. If you have a strong background in these areas and a commitment to excellence in time management and strong focus on customer needs, we encourage you to apply for this dynamic role.

This role is hands on and multi-faceted. We are a team at CVS and all staff pitch in to assist across the entire business when required to do so.

To be successful within this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

* A Strong Focus on Customer Service

* Excellent time management/organisational skills and attention to detail.

* A willingness to learn and an appetite for challenge;

* Data Entry and Invoicing Experience is desired but not necessary.

* Customer Bookings

* C Class Drivers Licence.

* Excellent Phone Manner
