Skills and Qualifications
* Strong passion for technology and software development.
* Expertise in C++ programming and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
* Ability to tackle open‐ended problems and apply analytical methods.
* Solid understanding of designing and developing multi‐threaded applications.
* Professional experience with distributed systems is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a dynamic trading environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Experience with proprietary trading is a plus, but not required.
