About Our Client
Our client is a global established organisation with a strong focus on people, safety and culture. They are currently seeking an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to support their team on a temporary basis, commencing as soon as possible. This role is based in North Lakes and will suit someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Job Description
This crucial role provides end-to-end coordination and administration support across HR, payroll, safety and training functions. You will play a key role in ensuring people processes run smoothly and compliantly across the business. Your responsibilities will include supporting employee relations matters, performance management processes, on boarding and off boarding, and recruitment administration. You will maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR documentation to a high standard and respond to manager and employee queries.
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation and record maintenance.
* Coordinate recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate communications.
* Manage employee on boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
* Assist with maintaining accurate HR records and compliance documentation.
* Support the delivery of HR initiatives and projects as required.
* Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
* Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
The Successful Applicant
A successful P&C Coordinator should have:
* Minimum two years' experience in a similar People and Culture, HR or coordination role
* Proven ability to support multiple HR functions including employee relations, on boarding, off boarding and recruitment administration
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
* Experience supporting payroll administration and responding to payroll queries, highly regarded
* Exposure to workplace health and safety administration, workers compensation or training coordination, advantageous
