Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Clinician, Team 3 Community - Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Remuneration: $80,452.00 - $120,680.00 per annum, plus superannuation

Role Requirements
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the following criteria in your application:

* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work and eligible for membership with AASW. Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Psychology (with a minimum four-year degree with a major in Psychology and registration with the Psychologists Board of Australia) and registered with AHPRA. For Clinical Nurse Specialist Gde 2: registered with AHPRA with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification.
* Extensive experience in mental health clinical and vocational rehabilitation with knowledge of best practice principles and models of practice; and ability to plan, implement and evaluate individual and group rehabilitation programs.
* Demonstrated commitment to consumer participation, and a strengths based and recovery focused approach in service provision.
* Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
* Ability to provide in-depth advice, education and supervision to staff to enhance service excellence.
* Ability to apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a novel or complex nature.
* Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement and service evaluation processes.
* Current class C NSW Drivers Licence.
