About this Role:
As a Residence Manager provides leadership, direction, care and financial management to meet all requirements. The Residence Manager is accountable to the State Manager for the outcomes of the
medium sized _residence.
Requirements to be successful
AHPRA-approved Registered Nurse (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of management experience in this role
Strong Leadership skills
Extensive operational management experience in Aged Care
Have previous experience successfully implementing a culture and organisational changes
Successfully implemented HR management principles and practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sound knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Standards
