Customer Service Officer Opportunity
This role involves working alongside a collaborative team to provide high-quality customer service and support. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative and training support to internal stakeholders, as well as creating and implementing new policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing integrated customer service for all customers seeking to do business with the Council
* Assessing and allocating requests received via the TRC app
* Providing administrative and training support to internal stakeholders
* Creating and implementing new policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
* NSW Drivers Licence
