About The Role
As a Physiotherapist in our community aged care team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the health, mobility, and wellbeing of older people, helping them live the life they never thought possible.
You'll deliver hands-on clinical care, provide advice to colleagues on client needs, and support the development of our team to ensure high-quality, person-centred services across the board. Join us in creating a future where ageing is lived with dignity, purpose, and joy
Duties
* Provide in-home and community-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments tailored to each client's goals, ensuring timely documentation and care aligned with wellness and enablement principles.
* Coach and train staff on clinical best practices, participate in clinical competency frameworks, and offer ongoing advice to enhance the quality of services delivered to older clients.
* Develop holistic, evidence-based care plans for clients with complex needs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for client autonomy and quality of life.
* Build and maintain strong community and industry connections, contribute to marketing efforts, and develop referral pathways to support service awareness, growth, and high client engagement.
* Adhere to the Aged Care Act 2024 and Quality Standards, contribute to continuous service evaluation, and uphold high clinical governance standards to maintain top-tier service outcomes.

Skills And Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration is essential.
* Valid First Aid certificate (with annual CPR) and current driver's licence with a willingness to travel.
* Strong knowledge of person-centred care and contemporary aged care clinical practices.
* Ability to mentor and support care staff, fostering skill development and improved client outcomes.
* Excellent time management skills and a commitment to service quality and business excellence.
