We're looking to onboard dedicated afternoon shift Supervisors to join their team in regional New South Wales.
We're currently recruiting across the following leadership roles:
- Slaughter Floor Supervisor
- Cold Store Supervisor
- Maintenance Supervisor
These are key operational leadership positions within a high volume beef processing facility.
As a Supervisor, you will be expected to:
- Lead and support your team to achieve production and quality targets.
We're seeking strong leaders who can earn the respect of their team.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety, food safety and regulatory requirements.
Safety is of utmost important and must be your priority at all times.
- Oversee shift operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency and adherence to company standards.
A seamless transition from shift to shift is imperative.
- Coach and develop staff, fostering a safe and productive workplace culture.
This is a highly functioning plant that requires highly functioning teams and leaders.
The Candidate
- 3+ years previous work experience at supervisory or management level.
Preferably within a primary production environment but open to considering other meat industry sectors.
- While prior meat and supervisory experience is essential, it's your positive attitude and eagerness to lead that will truly set you apart and drive your success.
- You're dedicated, dynamic, adaptable and take immense pride in your work.
