**About the College**: 
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology in Australia and Recent Zealand.
RANZCOG is committed to the establishment and maintenance of the highest possible standards of practice in women's health and provides programs in training, accreditation and continuing professional development (CPD) that are responsive to the evolving health care needs of women.
RANZCOG supports research into women's health and act as an advocate for women's healthcare by forging productive relationships with individuals, the community and professional organisations, both locally and internationally.
**Description**: 
**Key Responsibilities**: 
Contribute to the delivery, evaluation, and reporting of OSCE examinations, including liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders, individuals, and groups to be a key contact for RANZCOG examinations. 
Input examination content into platform and run testing of systems. 
Maintain consumable and non-consumable stock for specialised learning environments, which includes obtaining quotes and preparing orders for Manager's approval. 
Respond to examination and other assessment related issues as they arise by identifying and considering options, implementing solutions and reviewing their efficacy. 
Undertake regular inspections of equipment and system used in conducting examinations. These include IT equipment, simulation equipment and examination centre CCTV systems. 
Assist IT in the identification, problem solving and management of any technical faults in the examination systems. 
Coordinate and facilitate assessment design, standard setting, validation and examination marking activities.
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Strong IT literacy skills 
- Excellent planning and organisational skills 
- Willingness to learn 
- Experience in simulation education or OSCE assessment 
- Knowledge of healthcare equipment
