**The role on offer**:
Working within our TV function, the position of **Production coordinator/Trainee Producer **is responsible for providing administration and production process support to our commercial producers and production manager. As such, you will need to be an excellent communicator with good time management skills and a strong work ethic - an ability to work autonomously and in a team environment is essential. Additionally, a calm manner and a good sense of humour would set you apart
As SCA's newest team member, your **responsibilities will include** (but not limited to) such things as:
- Overseeing daily productions and studio bookings.
- Overseeing Billboard production and some editing of billboards when required.
- Captioning program and commercial material.
- Assisting in the organisation and administration of the production office.
- Booking studios & distributing release dubs.
- Assisting in the rostering of staff.
- Collating monthly accounts.
- Booking tags and commercials.
- Assisting the Production Manager, Producers and Sales Reps.
- Sending produced material to clients/marketing for approval.
- Assist in production for Promotions, Commercials and Content as required.
- Producing and directing TVC's and other content
- Shooting TVC's and content (if required)
- Ensure all material is produced to the scheduled time
- An ability to successfully liaise with clients, crew & talent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An ability to work under pressure and think laterally.
- A good knowledge and understanding of office administration.
- Good computer skills.
- An understanding of accounting procedures.
- An understanding of television terminology.
- A desire to work in a creative & technical environment.
- An ability to produce work swiftly and to a high standard.
- Basic shooting and editing skills
