Job Summary
Oversee and supervise daily store operations, supporting and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage store operations for success
* Coach and develop team members
* Model genuine service that creates moments that matter for customers
* Act as a safety leader, ensuring the safest environment for staff and customers
* Set a positive example for staff
* Handle opening and closing duties as required
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience or readiness for the next step
* Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, or workshop operations
* Ideally mechanical or automotive parts knowledge
* Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence
* Physical capacity to lift, bend, climb, and drive safely
* Commitment to prioritise safety
