This Officer position plays a key role within our mutual fund trading team. The role will be responsible for onboarding new clients and look after day-to-day operations for the team
What you will be responsible for
As Unit Dealing Officer you will- Develop a deep understanding of existing mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes- Assist with client conversions/start-ups of new client relationships- Work autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environment- Build relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups-
- Research and resolve inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders- Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures- Assist with client reporting and client projects- Analyze internal processes and look to automate, reduce risk, and streamline workflows- Have the monthly check ins with the team and effectively monitor their performance

Education & Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 8+ years' experience in financial services industry
