Indigeco is recruiting a Training Coordinator for an immediate 8 week contract supporting our client’s operations team in Western Sydney. Reporting to the Technical Training Manager, you will play a key role coordinating training activities, maintaining training records and supporting compliance reporting. This role suits someone highly organised with strong Excel skills who can manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with internal teams and external training providers. ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain accurate and up to date training records, certifications and qualification documentation across internal systems Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics and communication with internal teams and external training providers Manage the collection, upload and distribution of training materials and documentation Produce training and compliance reports using Excel, including data validation, analysis and reporting Liaise with Registered Training Organisations, vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate upcoming training requirements Support new starter training processes by ensuring all required certifications and documentation are received and recorded Assist with invoice processing and administrative tasks within CRM or internal systems ABOUT YOUR REQUIREMENTS Strong Microsoft Excel capability including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and data validation Previous experience in training coordination, administration or compliance support Ability to manage training records, documentation and reporting with high attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, RTOs and external vendors Experience working with CRM, LMS or similar training management systems Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Availability to work onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm in Western Sydney ABOUT YOUR PERKS Competitive hourly rate of $40-$45 per hour Immediate start available in Girraween Opportunity to gain experience supporting a large infrastructure organisation Supportive team environment with clear processes and guidance HOW TO APPLY If you are an organised administrator with strong Excel skills and experience coordinating training or compliance activities, we would love to hear from you.
