**About the Role** 
You will be responsible for providing chair-side assistance to the Dentist/Dental Specialist/Hygienist in the delivery of dental services to patients. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as entering/updating patient records as well as other duties as required by the Dentist including promotion of oral health to patients and maintaining optimal hygiene of the surgery. 
- T_o be successful in this role, you will have:_ 
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. 
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or nationally recognised equivalent qualification. 
- Minimum of 2 years (full time equivalent) experience within the last 5 years. 
- Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities. 
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification. 
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care to patients within a dental surgery. 
**About Kuttabul Health Centre** 
Kuttabul Health Centre is located on HMAS Kuttabul in Potts Point and the area itself has been host to a naval base since 1856. It is home to Fleet Support Unit South-East (FSU-SE) which conducts maintenance on ships and submarines. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation & underwater medical, outpatients, nursing, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and physiotherapy services to the ADF population. This mid-size health centre has up to 4,500 members and provides services for overseas visiting personnel. Standard operating hours are 0730-1530 Monday-Friday.

You are passionate about providing dental support services and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support delivery of the highest standard of care to patients.
