About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will make a genuine difference in the lives of our residents. You will provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures.
* You will assist in providing accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care, work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information, and support our residents during Duty hours.
To thrive in this role, you must be resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. You should have excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We require you to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, a current NDIS Workers Screening clearance (MANDATORY), and proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
