Job Title: Community Service Coordinator


We are seeking a skilled Community Service Coordinator to support the delivery of our Community Care based services. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are running efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.



* Support and coordinate different teams within each neighbourhood, fostering collaboration and driving results.

* Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person communication.

* Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.

* Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood, ensuring seamless operational flow.

* Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested, maintaining high standards of professionalism.

* Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

* Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment, ensuring a productive work environment.

* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases, upholding data quality standards.

* Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required), staying up-to-date with industry trends.



Key Requirements:



* Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise messaging.

* Previous experience in rostering/scheduling - Highly regarded, indicating a strong understanding of operational processes.

* Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload, showcasing adaptability and resilience.

* Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications, highlighting technical competence.

* Confidence with smartphone and digital devices or willingness to learn, demonstrating a proactive approach to technology.

* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude, embodying a positive and solution-focused mindset.
