Job Description:
At our organization, we are seeking a Building Maintenance Officer to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of River Park View Residences in St Lucia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for residents. This includes performing scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks, cleaning common areas, maintaining property grounds through landscaping and gardening, managing external contractors, providing exceptional customer service to residents, and reporting potential maintenance needs or issues and escalating them as required.
To excel in this role, the successful candidate will possess high level communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, basic handyman/maintenance skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
