As a Senior Accountant you will be managing a portfolio of businesses, family groups, and not-for-profits, providing accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services. You will also oversee client work from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, meeting deadlines, and identifying growth opportunities. You will mentor junior staff, contribute to new client acquisitions, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

What You Bring to the Table:
* At least 3 years of experience in business services or tax within a professional accounting firm.
* A degree in Accounting, with a CA or CPA qualification in progress or completed.
* Strong technical expertise in Australian tax legislation, compliance, and reporting.
* Hands-on experience with GST, BAS, and IAS lodgments.
* Familiarity with corporate governance and ATO compliance matters.
* Experience reviewing and providing feedback on work prepared by junior staff.
* A track record of delivering exceptional client service and building trusted relationships.
* Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanour.
* Proficiency in cloud-based accounting platforms like Xero, MYOB, and QuickBook.
