With Bendigo Bank… and you. As a Product Improvement Manager, you’ll play a key role in lifting product management processes to reduce risk, streamline operations, and boost productivity. Reporting to the Senior Manager Product Delivery, you’ll work across the Products and Analysis teams, identifying opportunities for smarter, more efficient ways of working. You’ll harness data, digital tools, and your stakeholder management skills to streamline workflows, reduce manual handling, and drive innovation in how we manage our product portfolio. You’ll be a key player in embedding our Product Lifecycle Framework and championing continuous improvement. From process mapping to regulatory risk awareness, you’ll be across it all — ensuring our product governance is both compliant and future fit. Key responsibilities: Identify, design, and implement technology driven enhancements to product management processes, with a focus on reducing manual processes, increasing automation, and improving overall efficiency. Support the uplift of governance practices by embedding improvements into the Product Lifecycle Framework, managing compliance requirements and proactively identifying areas of operational risk. Collaborate with teams to align improvements with strategic goals, share insights, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the Products and Analysis teams. To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have: Proven experience in process improvement and product governance, ideally within financial services An understanding of product lifecycle frameworks and risk management principles Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology enabled process enhancements Confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels and functions Deep working knowledge of digital tools and automation technologies to drive productivity High level verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative working style A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for driving change and innovation Experience working with data to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a related (desirable) We offer flexible work options with a hybrid model of minimum 60% on site attendance, in a local Head Office.
