* Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role
* A can-do attitude, with a strong desire to develop and grow both personally and professionally
* A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves getting involved with the team on the floor
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping an eye on the big picture
* Passion for developing and mentoring future leaders – the next generation of hospitality stars
* RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – because we love a good margarita, but we love safety more!
