Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking Optical Assistants (Full Time, Part Time and Casual) to join our team in our Nowra stores.
You will have the opportunity to help our patients meet their vision and hearing needs everyday, in a modern, progressive, fast-paced business where providing exceptional customer service and care is at the forefront of everything we do.
You'll be involved in all aspects of our customer journey, which will include using high-tech pre-testing equipment and dispensing from our range of fashion-forward, excellent quality frames. You'll work to healthcare guidelines, give advice fashion and styling advice, and provide a great customer experience at every opportunity. To be successful in this role you will ideally 2+ years experience in customer service and/or have previous experience as an optical assistant. You will have fantastic organisation and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and thrive on working at a fast pace.
You must have a minimum of three days a week availability with a mix of weekend and weekday work (inclusive of Thursday nights). In return we provide a flexible schedule for family and major life events.
