The Role
In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and broader team to execute high-impact digital campaigns, social media strategies, and content initiatives that elevate our online brand presence. You'll play a key part in driving engagement, managing digital platforms, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
This position is ideal for a proactive marketer eager to build their expertise in paid media, analytics, content strategy, and digital storytelling within a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) to grow reach and engagement.
Support the delivery of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, including performance tracking and reporting.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation using CRM and automation tools.
Update and optimise website and landing page content, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
Assist in the creation and rollout of digital assets, including videos, reels, graphics, and short-form content.
Monitor campaign performance and report on analytics, trends, and ROI to inform future strategy.
Support the marketing team in content production, photoshoots, and video sessions as required.
Contribute to brand awareness through online event coordination, webinars, and digital partnerships.
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in digital marketing, social media coordination, or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
Solid understanding of social media trends, paid media, and analytics tools.
Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and Mailchimp (or similar).
Strong writing skills with an ability to create clear, engaging copy for digital audiences.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
An interest in property investment, finance, and digital innovation will be highly regarded.
