We're seeking an Service Delivery Manager- NDIS clients to lead our services with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client outcomes.
What you'll do:
* Lead and support teams to deliver exceptional services.
* Oversee day-to-day operations across our client portfolio.
* Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and industry regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement and foster a supportive, high-performance culture.
* Manage incidents, complaints, and risks with accountability and care.
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
* Experience in operations or service management within disability, health, or community services.
* Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance frameworks.
* Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support teams.
* A commitment to person-centred care and positive client outcomes.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
