Leisure & Activity Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Leisure & Activity Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver weekly and seasonal activity programs, including mini-Olympics, pool games, trivia, bingo, craft, treasure hunts, and more.
* Host and lead activities with enthusiasm and confidence, engaging young and old guests alike.
* Book and coordinate entertainers, including wildlife shows, DJs, petting zoos, and other visiting acts.
* Maintain an organized activity calendar that aligns with marketing promotions.
* BUILD genuine connections with guests, ensuring every experience is safe, inclusive, and unforgettable.
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure events reflect our brand values: family-friendly, community-driven, and full of heart.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* High organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Confidence and approachability, with experience working with children or in hospitality/tourism settings.
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility for occasional evening events.
* A current Blue Card.
* Reliability, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all age groups.

Working Hours:
This role predominantly operates from 9am to 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Some evening work may be required for trivia and event nights.
