The Role & Responsibilities
This role involves driving sales, building relationships with HCPs, and delivering solutions that support better patient outcomes.
* Identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions using data-driven insights to inform strategy.
* Drive sales performance by delivering meaningful high-value customer engagements that support clinical decision-making.
* Conduct value-based conversations to understand customer needs treatment landscapes and areas of opportunity.
* Tailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights preferred communication channels and compliant promotional content.
* Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Hospital / Specialty Sales Representative or experienced Medical Sales Representative is required. Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields is highly regarded. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills are essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights are necessary. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets is expected. Full working rights in Australia and a reliable vehicle with 5-star ANCAP safety rating are also required.
