As a key member of our logistics team, the Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory at our warehouse facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in material management, warehousing, booking freight, and utilizing plant and manual handling equipment. They will be responsible for:
* Receipt and storage of inventory, including packaging and shipping
* Lifting and carrying cartons weighing up to 35 lbs, with utilization of safety tools
* Identifying and verifying part numbers for accurate placement of items
* Utilizing utility carts, computers, hand scanners, and other equipment to streamline processes
* Picking and filling orders using laptops or hand scanners
* Loading and offloading materials from delivery trucks
* Maintaining accurate records and matching paperwork to boxes
To excel in this role, the successful candidate will possess:
* 2-4 years of related work experience, preferably in international shipping/warehousing
* Previous experience in receipt and dispatch of goods and services
* Ability to operate material handling equipment
* Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for sites where driving is required)
* Ability to stand and walk on cement floors for extended periods
* Detailed orientation, efficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
