The Role
* Review and interrogate builder progress claims to ensure entitlement and cost accuracy
* Assess and negotiate variations, EOTs and additional payment claims
* Track cost movement, financial exposure and risks outside head contract scope
* Support management of head contracts, consultant agreements and procurement
* Assist with feasibility inputs, tender processes and QS reviews
* Maintain detailed commercial registers, reporting and documentation discipline
The Criteria
* 3 to 7 years Contracts Administration experience builder side essential
* Strong understanding of head contract structures, variations and EOT assessment
* Practical site exposure with solid understanding of construction sequencing
* Confident challenging cost positions without damaging relationships
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction or related discipline
