We are the longest family-owned barbecue store in the Hunter Valley, proudly serving our local community for over 33 years. Now, we're looking for a passionate Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our close-knit team and help customers bring their outdoor cooking plans to life.
If you love talking to people, enjoy learning real product knowledge, and have an interest in BBQs, smoking or outdoor cooking, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming customers and confidently engaging with them in-store
* Helping customers choose the right BBQ, smoker or outdoor cooking setup
* Learning our extensive product range and sharing practical advice (full training provided)
* Delivering a high level of customer service with a friendly, down-to-earth approach
* Keeping the store clean, well-presented and ready for trade
* Assisting with merchandising and general store upkeep
* Supporting the team during busy trading periods and weekends
* Oversee and manage customer warranty claims, acting as the main point of contact between the customer and head office warranty team

What We're Looking For
* A positive attitude and confidence talking to customers
* Retail or customer service experience is a must
* Weekend Availability is a must and during peak trading periods
* Reliable, motivated and keen to learn
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* A love of food, cooking or anything BBQ-related is a big plus
