The Role
This is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join an elite division. We are looking for someone with exceptional client care and customer service to join a high-profile department and manage a streamlined portfolio. Working alongside your own Junior Property Manager & Leasing Consultant Monday to Friday, your duties will include but not limited to:
* Managing up to 200 properties all based locally to the Sutherland Shire
* Engaging in communication with both owners and tenants, including on-site meetings when necessary
* Managing rental arrears
* Issuing notices to tenants
* Attending tribunal proceedings
* Delivering outstanding customer service
The Candidate
* At least 2 years experience working as a Property Manager
* A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships
