Bartender Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will also be required to maintain a clean and safe working area, as well as provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mix and serve drinks to guests according to established recipes and procedures
* Maintain a clean and safe working area at all times
* Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and revenue targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate in Mixology preferred
* Minimum of 2 years experience in bartending in a high-volume establishment
* T.I.P.S certification and Sanitation certification preferred
* Basic mathematical skills, including ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
