**The Role**
An excellent role partnering with the ALH Marketing and Loyalty teams to drive the business strategy. In this role, you will work with multiple stakeholders, while providing commercial support and guidance. A great role for anyone looking to move into a commercial finance role.
**What You’ll be Doing**
- Supporting month-end process and reporting against budget and forecast, identifying drivers of variance
- Contributing to regular business performance reviews, and helping to identify and resolve poor performance issues
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify key issues / solutions on the operations of the business
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting and commentary is effective and insightful for decision making
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of the annual budget and forecast process
- Managing against budget/targets and communicating opportunities to stakeholders
- Support business improvement initiatives identified by the leadership team
- Work across brands and function to implement best practices and consistent ways of working
- Support analysis of post campaign analysis where relevant
- Support with reporting and insights for the new ALH loyalty program
- Assisting with the continued growth of our functions strategy and providing financial analysis and support
**A Bit About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
- CA/CPA Qualification
- Ability to meet timelines
- Experience using financial systems in a commercial environment e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite
- Attention to detail
- Able to learn and acquire recent skills rapidly and easily
