About the role Join a top ASX-listed organisation in a hands-on role delivering climate-related disclosures and building long-term ESG reporting capability. You'll help implement AASB S2 climate disclosures, ensuring reliable, well-governed ESG data. Working across Finance and Sustainability, you'll support financial impact modelling, climate analysis, and reporting processes, while engaging senior stakeholders and shaping the organisation's climate reporting strategy.
Responsibilities
* Implement AASB S2 disclosures through data collation, reconciliation, analysis, and evidence management
* Support financial impact modelling, scenario analysis, and preparation of reports for senior stakeholders
* Coordinate internal communications, track actions, and support controls testing and assurance processes
* Validate ESG data, integrate systems, and produce dashboards and visualisations
* Drive process improvements to strengthen governance and reporting quality
* Collaborate across teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant ESG reporting
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting
* CA Qualified or part-qualified
* 3+ years in finance, accounting, risk, or ESG roles
* Strong analytical skills and confidence with financial and sustainability data
* Experience in reconciliations, controls testing, documentation, and assurance
* Knowledge of AASB S2
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
