Senior Business Analyst Position
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR/HCM/HRIS transformation programs, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand and document current people management services, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the delivery of design, documentation, requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design and implementation-related activities for all people management services in scope.
* Collaborating with SMEs and key stakeholders to understand and document current people management services and key requirements.
* Partnering with other members of the Business Transformation team to ensure intent, direction, and planned outcomes of service designs are carried through all program implementation activities and release phases.
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in service transformation projects in the HR domain and complex HR project management/delivery environment.
* Experience in HR/HCM/HRIS transformation programs implementing SAP SuccessFactors across Employee Central, Reporting, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
* Strong business-focused experience, including project delivery, people management, excellent presentation skills, and stakeholder management.
