**Job Title:** NDIS Supports Coordinator
Our organization provides expert knowledge, specialist therapies, and supports tailored for individuals with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities. We are the largest provider of support services to people living with spinal cord injury in Australia.
As a NDIS Support Coordinator, you will assist participants with achieving their Plan Goals, connecting them with appropriate support services, and strengthening their capacity to manage their funding over time. You will provide varying levels of coordination support for young people and adults, taking into consideration individual circumstances and level of complexity.

* Capacity to swiftly acquire a working knowledge of informal, community, mainstream, and funded support providers
* Ability to role model a strength-based approach centered on the needs of our clients
* Understanding of the changing government landscape, combined with a person-centered approach in a commercial context
* Demonstrated ability to take a solutions-focused approach to solving problems
* Understanding of, and ability to anticipate and manage client relationships and expectations; responsive to changes in client needs and expectations
* Experience working with individuals with complex needs and managing sensitive customer relationship needs and expectations
* Skills to analyze and present information drawn from data to inform decision-making
* Capacity to recognize and respond to potential conflict-of-interest situations as they arise, ensuring participant needs are not compromised by business imperatives
* Sound understanding of good management and leadership practices
* Ability to travel regionally on an occasional basis
* Collaboration within a multi-disciplinary environment with other Support Coordinators and Allied Health professionals

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
