We are seeking candidates to join our enthusiastic and professional team of Road Plant Operators based at our Perth depot with work across WA & NT.

About the role
* On a normal day, you will operate and maintain our fleet of machinery, including Spreaders, Mixers, Rollers and Water Trucks.
* Ensure the machinery is maintained to a high standard.
* Uphold our high safety standards, ensuring hazards are identified, rectified and reported.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience operating or working with plant and heavy machinery in the road construction industry or have an aptitude and desire to work in the industry.
* Genuine commitment to workplace health and safety.
* You are passionate about the great outdoors, working with others towards the same goals.
* A natural technical flair for problem solving and attention to detail.
* You are self-motivated to get the job done right the first time.
* You are happy to travel to various locations in WA & NT and sometimes stay away from home.
* A flexible and adaptable mindset and are willing to learn new operations.
* Ability to communicate respectfully to all customers and your colleagues.
* Hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
* A HR licence will be essential, but MC would be preferable.
