Role Description
This is a full‐time role based in Osborne Park. Working closely with the HR Manager / Executive General Manager and leadership team, you will support the day‐to‐day HR operations across all Jewelbic entities. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and being embedded in a fast‐paced operational environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing employee contracts and variations
* Supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR policies and procedures
* Managing employee relations matters and contributing to a positive workplace culture
* Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across multiple entities
* Drafting and maintaining job descriptions aligned with business needs
* Ensuring compliance with relevant workplace legislation and industry requirements
* Supporting broader HR initiatives, client events and projects as the business grows
* Assist with recruitment administration and coordination
About You
You are proactive, organised, and confident working across multiple priorities. You enjoy being part of a team but can also take ownership of your work and drive outcomes.
Key skills and experience:
* Practical knowledge of HR processes and HR management
* Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Strong understanding of employee relations and workplace best practice
* Ability to draft, review, and update job descriptions
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, organisational, and problem‐solving skillsProficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or at least 2-3 years experience in HR (preferred)
